An Apart hotel in Anavyssos is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented and motivated  Front Office/property Manager. The ideal candidate will be a young professional with a passion for hospitality, eager to support that the  operation of the apart hotel meets its standards.

Responsibilities:

        •       Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office to ensure smooth and efficient management.
        •       Provide excellent guest service, ensuring all guest needs and requests are met promptly and professionally.
        •       Handle guest complaints and special requests, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
        •       Assist guests with check-in procedures, issue room keys, and answer any questions they may have.

        •       Maintain the highest service standards by welcoming guests warmly, politely, and professionally.     

        •      Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping to ensure the property is well-maintained  and conduct regular inspections of apartments and common areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.

        •    Offer tailored information to guests based on their preferences and needs.
        •       Post relevant charges to guest accounts, provide itemized bills promptly, and ensure accuracy.
        •       Keep guest information updated and accurate at all times.
        


Qualifications:

        •       Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
        •       Minimum of 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or a related professional area.
        •       Excellent knowledge of the English language; any additional languages will be considered a plus.
        •       Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and hotel reservation software.
        •       Strong interpersonal and administrative skills.
        •       Ability to give clear and concise instructions.
        •       Professional appearance and presentation.
        •       Ability to maintain tact and diplomacy in tough guest situations.
        •       Ability to communicate and collaborate well with others, both in Greek and English.
        •       Strong team player with the ability to work under pressure.
        •       Demonstrate integrity in all dealings and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Working hours:

        •         6-day workweek / 7 hours per day.
