Data Entry Specialist

 

For our growing Operations Team in Athens, we are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and talented individual with strong team spirit who will use their expertise to drive a solid personal & team performance. We need a passionate and committed professional, with a sense of Excellence in Customer Experience who wants to make their mark.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will be primarily responsible for ensuring that accurate and complete information is entered into the system daily, making corrections or additions as necessary
  • Gather and input all relevant information from various sources
  • Verify that all updates in the system are accurate
  • Retrieve correct data in cases of errors
  • Prepare and deliver accurate and timely reports as required
  • Maintain and manage documents and records effectively, ensuring proper manual input
  • Provide support to other departments as needed
  • Possess essential data entry skills, including fast typing, attention to detail, and proficiency with spreadsheets and online forms
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills when handling complex, escalated accounts
  • Effectively liaise with internal resources to maintain excellent communication flow
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and other departments to enhance cross-departmental efficiency
  • Demonstrate personal accountability that adds value and drives results

Your Profile

  • Tourism, Accounting or Business Studies at degree level or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of travel industry or other corporate experience in a similar role
  • Working knowledge of Panasoft is considered a plus
  • First-rate written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Excellent user of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Results-driven personality, with energy, commitment and a passion for personal development
  • Co-operation with a high degree of independence within agreed policies and targets
  • Outstanding team spirit and a strong will to support your colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to successfully resolve issues
