Workathlon is hiring a Night Auditor on behalf of Nous, 5-star Luxury Resort in Santorini.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with resort policies and procedures.
• Verify and reconcile daily financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments, balancing revenue and expenses for the day.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports summarizing occupancy rates, revenue, and other key metrics to resort management and department heads.
• Monitor and respond to overnight guest inquiries, requests, and emergencies, providing assistance and resolving issues as needed.
• Coordinate with overnight staff in other departments, such as security, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with late check-ins and early check-outs, processing reservations and payments, and providing exceptional guest service during non-traditional hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting, hospitality management, or related field is advantageous.
• Previous experience in a front office or accounting role within the hospitality industry, with specific experience in night auditing preferred.
• Proficiency in using PMS software and accounting systems, including knowledge of night audit procedures and reporting.
• Familiarity with front office procedures, including check-in/check-out processes, reservations.
• Excellent command of Greek and English.
