A fast-growing hospitality management company is seeking to hire an experienced Guest Service Manager.

The Guest Service Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience. In this dynamic position, you will lead our dedicated guest service team, ensuring we deliver top-notch hospitality services. A primary objective is to foster an environment where every team member is empowered to enhance guests' memorable experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting and training a talented guest service team, enhancing their skills to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Managing guest relations to ensure all inquiries, requests, and complaints are addressed promptly and professionally. Acting as a key point of contact.
  • If needed, providing service recovery to improve satisfaction levels of the guests.
  • Collaborating with various hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Anticipating guest needs and creating personalized experiences for VIPs and special occasions.
  • Monitoring feedback and taking proactive measures to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures, as well as to health and safety rules and regulations, and other relevant laws.
  • Developing a vibrant and supportive environment as we build a culture of high-quality services.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a guest services role, preferably in hospitality.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in training and developing a team.
  • Outstanding communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
