Role Description
This is a full-time role as an Event Project Manager at E.T.S. Events and Travel Solutions. The Event Project Manager will be responsible for planning and executing medical events, managing budgets, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the successful delivery of each event. This role requires on-site presence in Nea Smyrni.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in similar field of Meetings & Events Industry (approx. 3 years), preferably in the Medical, Pharmaceutical and Health Care market
- Experience in event planning and management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in budgeting and budget management
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work within agreed timescales
- Experience in the travel and hospitality industry is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English
- Team spirit
- Ability to travel
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office
