Floor Supervisor (Housekeeping) – NOUS Santorini

                                            Season 2025

The ideal candidate should:

• prepare the floor guestrooms checklist every morning
• manage day-to-day floor operations
• train and retrain of all floor maids and housemen (daily, weekly, monthly)
• ensure that floor maids / housemen have the necessary guests cleaning supplies, tools and equipment to carry out job duties
• be responsible for staff’s appearance, safety and work accidents procedure
• inspect guestrooms 
• be responsible for the good condition and cleanliness of various guest equipment
• be able to work under pressure and flexible in working shifts

Requirements

• Degree in Hotel Management or Tourism
• Fluency in English and Greek conversation, reading and writing
• Previous hotel experience in similar position
• Computer literate
