Front Office Agent
for season 2025

Key responsibilities
- Welcome and escort guests to their rooms.
- Manage the registration process and keep updated records and files.
- Meet and exceed guests expectations by anticipating the services they might require and suggesting local venues.
- Receive and handle payments c/in and c/out procedures in an efficient manner.
- Receive calls and e-mails and respond to them appropriately.
- Follow hotel policies, procedures and LHW, AmEx and Virtuoso service standards.
- Work closely with all departments and ensure guests satisfaction at all times.
To be successful in this role, your experience should include:
- 2+ years' experience in a similar position
- LHW or other 5-star international hotel vhain experience
- degree in Hospitality/Tourism
- computer literacy – MS Office
- knowledge of Opera PMS
- ability to converse in both Greek and English
- customer oriented
- strong team player and able to work under pressure
