Night Auditor

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome the hotel guests, provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guest, so as to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service from arrival till departure.  
  • Conduct in room and hotel familiarization and assist guest in hotel enquiries/ requests/ activity.  
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel information and local services, including operating hours, promotions, events, attractions and any allied information to respond to guest queries.  
  • Process accounts from check in to check out, ensuring accurate postings of all incidental charged using Front Office system.   
  • Maintain the privacy of all guests by ensuring that no details of the guests are disclosed.  
  • Sell guests rooms to walk in guests. Oversee the achievement of team up selling targets.   
  • Demonstrate a complete understanding of the hotel’s policies, operating procedures and service standards and have full knowledge of the hotel facilities and events.   
  • Prepare customer’s account and guest’s history.
  • Assist in dealing with customer complaints in an effective manner providing solutions as quickly as possible. 
  • Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.  
  • Bookkeeping and Finance duties (balancing cash accounts, end of shift reports etc.)
  • Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests and colleagues. 

 Ideal candidates should have: 

  • degree in Hospitality
  • minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Office Agent in a 5-star/Boutique hotel
  • knowledge of Protel PMS
  • excellent knowledge and use of the English language
  • excellent communication skills
  • passion for excellence
  • prioritize, organize, perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy and follow-up
  • understand guest’s service needs
  • friendly and hospitality focused
  • team player
  • digital savvy
  • sales skills
  • initiator and self - motivated personality
  • night shift availability
