Director of Finance

Workathlon is seeking an experienced Director of Finance with a hospitality background on behalf of a fast-growing hospitality company in Athens. This position is ideal for an experienced finance professional looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic and growing organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning by analyzing performance and risks.
• Monitor the company’s financial position and resolve issues proactively.
• Manage audits, internal controls, and fundraising strategies.
• Prepare financial reports.
• Provide forecasts and financial insights.
• Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations.
• Align financial strategies with hospitality operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finance Director.
• Hospitality background is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office 
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• BSc/BA in accounting or finance.
