Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with all check-in procedures, Issue room keys, and answer any
    questions they may have.
  • Provide the highest service standards to our guests, welcome them in an
    exceptionally warm, polite, friendly, and professional manner
  • Maintain a professional and high quality service oriented environment at all times
  • Maintain working relationships and communicate with all departments
  • Provide additional information to the guests that are tailored to their preferences
  • Ensure overall guest satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related
    professional area.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or relevant
    field
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language. Additional languages will be
    considered a plus.
  • Good Computer Skills
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite
  • Needs to be able to communicate and collaborate well with others.
  • Ability to converse in both Greek and English
  • Have excellent organization and communication skills with a high ability to
    multitask.
  • Strong team player and able to work under pressure
  • Demonstrate integrity in all dealings and maintain high level of confidentiality
