Baker/Pastry Cook (Αρτοποιός/Βοηθός Ζαχαροπλάστη), Hotel Grande Bretagne & King George

Our Hotels’ team seeks to fill the position of:

Baker/Pastry Cook 

Will be reporting to the Pastry Chef

The successful candidate should possess the following knowledge, skills and attributes

  • University Degree or Professional Diploma in a Culinary Arts with specialization in Bakery
  • Certification in HACCP by EFET Health Inspection Authorities
  • Working knowledge of ISO 22000:2015 or above
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a similar position in the hospitality sector, preferably in an international, luxury environment
  • Excellent command of the English language certified at minimum of Advanced level
  • Strong people and project management skills
  • Problem solving skills. A can do attitude is a must.
  • Organizing skills and coordination ability
  • Interpersonal communication skills, integrity and commitment
  • Must have Greek or European Nationality, or have access to the Greek Labor Market (working permit & residence)
