As a Guest Relations Agent at Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort you are the first point of contact for our guests, dedicated to ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. Your role is to create memorable guest experiences by offering personalized assistance and addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Welcome and Assistance: Warmly welcome guests upon their arrival and assist with the check-in process. Provide information about the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Guest Engagement: Establish a positive and lasting relationship with guests, actively listening to their needs and preferences, and delivering personalized services and recommendations to enhance their stay.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly, finding suitable solutions and escalating issues, when necessary, all while adhering to hotel policies.
- Special Requests: Ensure that special guest requests, such as room preferences, amenities, and services, are met to create exceptional experiences.
- Concierge Services: Offer guidance and information about local dining, entertainment, and transportation options. Make reservations and bookings for guests as required.
- Loyalty Programs: Enroll guests in loyalty programs, explaining the benefits and actively promoting the hotel's services and amenities.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with other hotel departments, including the front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and dining, to coordinate guest requests and enhance guest experiences.
- Safety and Security: Uphold the hotel's safety and security protocols, ensuring the well-being of guests and staff.
- Feedback Collection: Solicit and collect guest feedback through surveys and direct interactions, conveying comments and concerns to the Guest Relations Manager for analysis and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (National or International university/ AEI or TEI)
- 1 year minimum experience on similar position , leadership in hospitality strongly required
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages. Third language will be considered accordingly
- Exceptional communication (both verbal and written), negotiation and administrative skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure with provided resources, manage workload using own initiative and sufficiently cover a multi task position
- High knowledge of Protel/CRS/PMS revenue management and MS office are considered a must
- Availability to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
