Job Fit- Responsibilities
- Proactively address guest service needs, ensuring warm greetings and farewells, and effectively anticipate and fulfill guest requests.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues, while supporting and maintaining positive relationships with co-workers.
- Comply with quality standards and perform physical tasks necessary for the role.
- Keep work areas clean, set tables to standards and ensure the cleanliness of beverage carts.
- Handle closing duties and cash transactions securely and efficiently.
- Support sustainability initiatives within the organization.
Must Have:
- Knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail.
- English language efficiency.
Nice to Have:
- Hospitality or service industry training.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Previous experience in a waiter role in a hotel / resort.
- Additional language efficiency.
