Avaton Luxury Beach Resort - Relais & Chateaux (www.avaton.com) is seeking a polite and friendly Hotel Groom / Bellboy to join our team.

As a Hotel Groom / Bellboy at Avaton Luxury Beach Resort, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by assisting with guest luggage, valet parking, and delivering items to guest rooms. You will create a positive first impression for guests and ensure their needs are met throughout their stay. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail will contribute to a memorable and enjoyable guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
• Assist with guest luggage, including loading and unloading from vehicles
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles as needed
• Deliver luggage, packages, and other items to guest rooms
• Provide information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions
• Assist with handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby and entrance area
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bellboy or similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Physical fitness and the ability to handle heavy luggage
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver's license is required for valet parking duties
