The Role:

The Finance Associate will monitor and control all procedures that impact the receipt, issuance, general controls and sales of the hotel. He/She will create systems and processes in order to improve cost control metrics in different departments and achieve the hotel’s profitability objectives. The Finance Associate will promote revenue growth through revenue management focused strategies and analyses. They will also promote a culture of cost optimization and revenue generation in all departments of the hotel.

Kindly note that the position requires your presence in Chalkidiki for 5 months during the summer and 7 months in our HQ in Thessaloniki during winter time. 

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Good communications skills with a good command of the English language, both written and spoken
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills-mainly Excel
• Ability to work under pressure and good time management for meeting strict deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage own tasks
• Knowledge of ERP, preferably Entersoft, other ERP systems are a plus
• Will be able to create P&L statements, Cash Flow Statements, Balance Sheet Statements, reconciliations, prepaids, accruals, code invoices to corresponding departments and accounts
• Use ERP to insert invoices , create forecasts & statements

• Accounting & / or Finance degree
