Εποχιακός/ήLouis Hotels, one of the biggest hotel groups in Greece and Cyprus, is seeking to recruit an individual for its newest 5-star hotel ‘King Jason Zante’, in Zakynthos Island, member of Louis Hotels Exclusive Collection, for the below position:
Restaurant Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships.
- Assisting with or performing administrative tasks, such as managing and updating invoices, processing new orders, and tracking inventory.
- Setting up and maintaining a service desk and evaluating its efficiency.
- Resolving service desk problems and improving service methods to increase the service desk's productivity and customer service.
- Monitoring department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring issues.
- Auditing work and customer service to ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Hospitality/Tourism.
- 2 years’ minimum experience as a Restaurant Manager in a hotel with similar high standards.
- Excellent organizational and team management skills.
- Excellent command of English language is essential; knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, guest oriented and with a hands-on operations management approach.
- Excellent MS Office, PMS-Computer skills.
