development, is currently seeking to recruit for a managed hotel in MYKONOS,

a professional for the position of

Μάγειρας - Cook / Breakfast part time - Mykonos hotel

(Code: COO - MYK)

Responsible to deliver customer focused service to the guests, provide all aspects of food preparation, cooking and presenting of dishes according to company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in similar position, of at least 5 years in a Luxury Boutique Hotel or a Restaurant
• Good command of both English and Greek language is essential
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with pleasant personality
• Work under pressure
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Implementation on a daily basis of the operation procedures of the kitchen
• Perform breakfast recipes by following accurately Hotel’s guidelines
• Cook food in a timely manner & ensure appealing plate presentation
• Monitor food stock and place orders
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
• Ensure excellent response to guests needs
• Attention to detail and quality of foods
