Πλήρης απασχόλησηRole Summary: As an PMS Implementation Consultant, your role is to analyze customer needs, configure and install our company’s PMS solutions at the customer site and provide after-sales technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation and Consulting Services: Our Implementation Consultants ensure that our PMS solutions meet all the specifications and functions that are unique to each of our Hospitality clients.
- Configuration and Personalization: Configure and customize the PMS according to the unique business needs, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with the client’s organizational objectives, resolving any gaps in product functionality.
- User Training and Support: Deliver comprehensive user training to ensure competence in usage. Provide ongoing support for any inquiries or challenges the users encounter.
- Client Service and Support: Serve as a primary contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and offering guidance to enhance their processes and maximize the benefits of our PMS software to ensure a smooth transition and positive user experience. Implementation consultants are able to answer operational and application questions during the implementation process and after "go-live".
- Internal Collaboration with other Departments: Collect requirements, analyze businesses, and communicate customer requirements to other involved departments.
Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Administration or relevant field.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English (both written and oral).
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the hospitality or technology sectors.
- Travel: Extensive ability to travel as needed.
- Additional Skills:
- Excellent understanding of hospitality business processes and PMS software requirements. Experienced users in PMS applications will be highly valued.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize needs effectively.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.
