Εποχιακός/ήOur receptionist will:
- Ensure all guests, receive personalized services from arrivals to departures and everything in between.
- Conduct the necessary processes for front office.
- Keep accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Conduct a flawless check-in and check-out process.
- Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services.
- Effectively resolve any guest concern and ensure timely follow-u.

Skills and qualifications to help you succeed:
- This role generally requires a relevant degree in Hotel/Tourism.
- Previous similar experience in a luxury hospitality environment is essential.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus.
- Excellent problem- resolution skills and ability to quickly work around different solutions, are critical success factors for this role.
- Requires the ability to be flexible and adapt to change.
