The ideal candidate should be:

• Friendly and have a polite personality
• Able to multi-task and use initiative, focusing on guest needs
• With good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues from various departments
• A strong team player who can follow written and oral instructions, apply policies and procedures, capable of managing a shift independently
• Detail oriented

Requirements:

• Degree in Hotel Management or Tourism
• Fluency in English and Greek conversation, reading and writing. Knowledge of an additional language will be appreciated
• Previous hotel experience, preferred in similar position
• Experience in a Food & Beverage position would be an asset
• Fully computer literate (“Opera” experience required)
• Flexibility in working shifts
