Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years in reservations or front office/concierg department within hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in reservation systems, especially Opera PMS.
• Interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with guests and address their needs efficiently.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
