The role:
We are seeking an outgoing and flexible Reservations Agent. The successful candidate will assist the Reservations & Front Office Manager in providing an efficient and friendly Reservation’s service, and to maximize revenues to achieve budgeted and forecasted targets. The minimum pre-requisites for this position is that the candidate is competent in all Reservation Agent tasks, is enthusiastic about the hotel with the focus on Guest. Moreover he/she is an Protel reservations software user.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Adequate knowledge on all Hotel premises and products
- Handles customer queries and complaints relating to Rooms Reservations
- Supports the Reservations Manager with special projects as required.
- Supports the FO team with daily Front Desk duties
Operating Environment:
- Knowledge - MS Office
- Knowledge of Protel reservations software
Minimum Qualifications / Education / Experience / Training / Knowledge
Minimum Qualifications:
3 years minimum experience in a similar role in a 5* Hotel
Education:
- Secondary diploma preferably from a hospitality school
- Excellent command of the Greek and English language
Experience:
Reservations agent in a 5* Hotel
Training:
Training sessions obtained will be highly appreciated
