What’s expected

• Welcoming visitors by providing friendly, efficient and courteous service.
• Taking and executing orders in a professional manner and knowledge of menus and their preparation.
• Knowledge of PDA will be an asset.
• Ensuring all safety rules by following company policy, quality standards and SOP's.
• Responding promptly and efficiently to requests or complaints.
• Excellent cooperation with the restaurant/bar team and all hotel departments.

What’s needed

• Degree in Tourism School.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in 5* hotels or a la carte restaurants.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered an asset.
• Knowledge of preparing drinks, coffee.
