What's expected
- Oversee and enhance the overall guest experience throughout the hotel.
- Act as the main point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for improving guest services and amenities.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback, working to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Develop and implement guest engagement programs and activities.
- Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and prepare regular reports for the management team.
- Train and mentor staff on guest service excellence and hospitality standards.
- Create and maintain relationships with returning guests to foster loyalty.
What’s needed
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in guest relations or experience management within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest service.
- Experience with guest satisfaction measurement tools and performance metrics.
