What’s expected

• Greet guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed.
• Meet and exceed guests expectations by anticipating the services they might require.
• Be a source of information to guests and promote hotel’s services and facilities or local unique experiences.
• Accommodate general and unique requests.
• Diffuse conflict or tense situations with guests.
• Build a long term relationship with the clients.
• Excellent cooperation with other internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

What’s needed

• Bachelor Degree in Tourism or Hospitality Management.
• At least 3 years of previous service in a corresponding position in 5 * star hotelsExcellent knowledge of English.
• Very good knowledge of German language and proven oral communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Previous service in customer service departments.
