Job description
As a Guest Relations Agent your responsibilities include:
- Provide guests with a memorable experience
- Handle guest interactions and special requests with the highest level of customer service and in a timely manner
- Build a rapport with guests and colleagues
- Provide information about the hotel facilities programs and services
- Answer guest calls and handle
- Provide personalized customer service
- Address and escalate customer complaints
To be successful, we are looking for the following:
- Experience in a lifestyle brand
- Work well in a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English and Greek
- Experience with PMS system
- Knows how to leave lasting impressions
- Passionate about hospitality with an energetic and polite personality
