Job description 

As an Assistant Housekeeping Manager your responsibilities include: 

• Support, train and supervise housekeeping staff in a customer-oriented, friendly, and professional manner
• Assist the Housekeeping Manager in the day-to-day operations and ensure our customer service is exemplary
• Supervise the efficient working of room attendants, public area attendants and turndown service
• Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation in all back of house and hotel public areas as well as rooms
• Engage in service innovation initiatives
• Manage operations for service excellence
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that rooms are ready for guests upon check in
• Maintain excellent working relationship and communication with all departments
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment and other materials

To be successful, we are looking for the following: 

• The ability to remain positive and focused in a fast-paced environment
• Experience as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager in a luxury brand
• Good knowledge of general hotel industry practices and policies
• Work well in a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English and/or Greek
• Passionate about hospitality with an energetic and polite personality
