Nautilux Hotel is all about providing a contemporary luxury hotel experience whilst building heartfelt human connections with guests and colleagues. As our Maitre D' Hotel , you will be responsible for overseeing and continuing the smooth operation of all food & beverage outlets within the hotel, with emphasis on excellent customer service. You will leverage these to ensure profit and cost margins are met and consistently kept in line with budget.

We are looking for a real team player and motivational leader that will grow and develop a talented F& B team.

The right candidate will have experience in delivering high standards. They match creativity with commercial acumen and recognise that the key to success is a trained and empowered team. Being a part of the hotels Head of Department Team, our Maitre D' Hotel will work with the business leaders to deliver on the hotel’s goals.

To be successful as our Maitre D' Hotel you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience. You will have experience operating as a Maitre D' Hotel for more than 2 years in a luxury 5* hotel environment.
