What’s Expected

• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and according to the highest standards.
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
• Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements.
• Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns.
• Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
• Comply with all Health and Safety regulations.
• Establish and monitor targets, KPI’s, policies and procedures of the department.
• Create and nurture a property environment that enhances motivation, empowerment, motivation and teamwork.
• Report on management regarding sales results, operating costs and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with ISO και HACCP quality management standards.

What’s needed

• Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Food and Beverage Manager.
• Excellent knowledge of English language, additional language is an advantage.
• Very good knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).
• Up-to-date with Food and Beverage trends and best practices.
