If you are a passionate, performance-oriented marketeer with strong customer focus, we're on the lookout for a dynamic Loyalty Executive to join our growing team at the Mar-Bella Collection.
As a Loyalty Executive you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of CRM and loyalty initiatives in line with our company’s vision. You will be responsible for data processing and data management through the CRM platform, managing CRM email campaigns, optimizing the loyalty program and implement strategies to acquire new mailing list sign ups

Here's what you'll be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities
Data Management: Collect, monitor and update data in CRM. Monitoring and reporting loyalty KPIs to identify areas for improvement
Customer Support: Provide support and all related information to current and future members and resolve any issue related to their Loyalty membership
User Support: Provide support, assist and train all relevant departments within the company
Loyalty programme Operations: Running all operations related to the loyalty program like draws, configuration changes, and reward vouchers
Work Closely with:
Marketing Team, Reservations Team and Hotel Operations Teams to ensure CRM and loyalty initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives
Requirements
- BSc in Tourism/Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration or another relevant field
- Excellent communication skills both in English and Greek languages (written and oral)
- Proficient user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command of Email Marketing platforms would be a plus
- Previous experience in similar role around loyalty programs or hospitality customer relations would be an asset
- Knowledge of Hospitality PMS such as Fidelio/Opera or other and CRM tools would be an asset
- Results driven and self-motivated with passion, energy and a positive attitude
