Role Overview
The Guest Experience Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Office team. The ideal candidate ensures that guest service standards are consistently met while adhering to all hotel and departmental policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Supervise and coordinate all Guest Experience Agents and Grooms during shifts to ensure effective team performance.
- Actively participate in departmental procedures to facilitate smooth operations, especially during peak workloads
- Ensure consistent adherence to Brand Standards, ISO procedures, and hotel policies by all team members, aiming for the highest levels of guest satisfaction.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and effectively address any complaints to enhance guest experiences.
- Participate actively in departmental and management meetings to contribute to operational goals and team initiatives.
- Prepare periodic reports and provide insights for forecasting and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Degree in Hotel Management or relevant Field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same position in a 5-star Hotel
- Excellent knowledge of English language. Any additional language will be considered an asset
- Excellent knowledge of PMS (preferably Fidelio) and the Microsoft Office
- Proactive and resourceful with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong team player who is results oriented.
