Role Overview
The Guest Experience Agent welcomes guests and always provides administrative assistance. They work as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries and problem resolution
Requirements
- Supports the smooth running of the front office department, where all aspects of the guest journey and experience are delivered to the highest level
- Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries and problem resolution
- Efficiently manage guest experience procedures, including check-in/check-out, billing, and personalized arrangements for transfers, rentals, and activities to ensure a unique stay.
- Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company’s culture and values
- Collaboration with all hotel departments, and adherence to brand standards, while maximizing guest satisfaction and comfort.
- Demonstrates excellent knowledge and understanding of all Hotel Services and activities in order to achieve selling and upselling goals.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Degree in Hospitality / Tourism or in a relevant field
- Three or more years working experience in a similar role in the 5-star hotels or high-volume venues
- Excellent knowledge of English language. Any additional language will be considered an asset
- Proficient knowledge of PMS (preferably Fidelio or Opera) and the Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and complain handling skills
