Role Overview

The Night Auditor is responsible for providing exceptional, customer-focused service to guests, ensuring their stay becomes an unforgettable experience. This role requires a positive service attitude and the ability to proactively anticipate guest needs.

• Supervise front office operations during the overnight shift.
• Perform end-of-day closing procedures and prepare financial reports.
• Maintain the main lobby and front desk in a professional and organized manner.
• Handle all relevant accounting duties, including processing payments, reconciling accounts, preparing bills, and executing end-of-day closure procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments (reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) on front office matters.
• Keep the logbook updated and ensure a detailed handover for the next shift.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Degree in Hospitality / Tourism

• Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar role in the 5-star hotels or high-volume venues
• Excellent knowledge of English language. Any additional language will be considered an asset
• Proficient knowledge of PMS (preferably Fidelio or Opera) and the Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ongoing training
• Staff accommodation with half board
