Role Overview

The Groom will be primarily responsible for greeting and welcoming all guests to the hotel and relieving guests of their luggage on arrival.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Provide attentive service in the entrance and lobby areas, ready to assist guests, colleagues, and visitors as needed.
• Warmly welcome guests upon their arrival, adhering to hotel quality standards.
• Ensure the efficient and timely collection and delivery of guest luggage and equipment.
• Escort guests to their assigned rooms, placing luggage appropriately.
• Maintain a clean and tidy lobby and hotel entrance at all times.
• Assist guests with long-term luggage storage and left luggage requests.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar role in the 5-star hotels or high-volume venues
• Excellent knowledge of English language. Any additional language will be considered an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
