We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate candidate with an analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach to join our team as a Revenue and Distribution Manager. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, with keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to develop effective revenue management strategies.
• Inventory Management: Monitor room inventory availability across all distribution channels, including Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and direct channels on a daily basis.
• Collaborative Initiatives: Work closely with the sales , marketing  teams to develop and implement targeted promotional and marketing strategies to optimize revenue.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on revenue performance, market trends, and key metrics to senior management, providing actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue management within the hotel industry.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Opera.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate cross-functionally.
