Key Responsibilities:

• Handling and processing room reservations accurately and efficiently through various channels such as phone, email and online booking systems.
• Providing excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, providing information and addressing any concerns or special requests.
• Monitoring room availability, updating inventory, and optimizing room allocation to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Coordinating reservation changes, amendments and cancellations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a relevant position within the Hospitality Industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English language.
• Excellent use of MS Office, relevant hotel PMS (preferably Pylon), WebHotelier, Primalres and OTA platforms.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Hands on professional with “can do” attitude and team spirit.
