The Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is seeking a Butler to join its luxury hospitality team. 

Purpose
The Butler addresses a wide variety of guest requests by assessing their needs and adding personalized touches to ensure maximum satisfaction. This role also provides support to the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams to deliver timely and high-quality services.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
•    Attend to guests in Specialty Suites, coordinating with departments to fulfill needs.
•    Master the layout, décor, room types, and in-room facilities.
•    Proficiently operate all in-room electronic and electrical equipment.
•    Warmly welcome guests, serve drinks, and assist them in settling in.
•    Engage naturally in pleasant conversations with guests.
•    Anticipate guest needs by understanding preferences, allergies, and dislikes.
•    Communicate guest dietary information to the appropriate departments.
•    Maintain a thorough understanding of available spirits and specialty foods.
•    Be familiar with Room Service and other menus.
•    Restock wine and spirits as required.
•    Serve meals and beverages with professionalism and discretion.
•    Ensure dining areas are clean and orderly.
•    Coordinate tasks like laundry, wake-up calls, spa bookings, and concierge services.
•    Handle guest errands and special requests.
•    Record detailed notes and provide thorough handovers during shift changes.
•    Recommend and arrange guest amenities.
•    Assist guests during check-out, offering luggage help.
•    Perform all duties with professionalism, courtesy, and discretion.
•    Support In-Room Dining by maintaining amenities for elite and suite guests.
•    Take on other reasonable responsibilities as assigned.
