As a Hotel Receptionist at Vencia Boutique Hotel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive warm and efficient service from the moment they step through our doors. You will be the face of our hotel, responsible for creating a welcoming and professional first impression for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greeting Guests: Welcome guests with a friendly and approachable demeanor, providing a warm and personalized introduction to the hotel.
2. Check-In and Check-Out: Efficiently manage guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. Verify guest information, process payments, and issue room keys.
3. Concierge Services: Assist guests with their inquiries, such as recommending local attractions, restaurants, and arranging transportation or activities.
4. Guest Relations: Attend to guest requests and complaints professionally, resolving issues and ensuring guest satisfaction.
5. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate guest records, payment logs, and daily reports. Handle guest billing and manage the cash drawer.
6. Multilingual Support: Fluent communication in English and knowledge of additional languages is highly desirable.
7. Safety and Security: Monitor the lobby area and hotel entrance to ensure the safety and security of guests. Report any suspicious activities to the appropriate personnel.
8. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and management, to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a hotel receptionist or guest service role is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Multilingual skills are highly advantageous.
