As a Night Receptionist at Vencia Boutique Hotel, you will ensure that our guests receive welcoming and efficient service throughout the night. You will be the first point of contact for late arrivals, as well as an important source of local information, providing assistance and maintaining a safe and calm atmosphere overnight.

Key Responsibilities
 Greeting Guests: Welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor,
providing personalized attention, especially for late check-ins.
 Night Check-In and Check-Out: Efficiently handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and room
assignments during the night shift, ensuring accurate guest records and processing payments
securely.
 Local Concierge Services: Provide expert recommendations on Mykonos attractions, restaurants,and nightlife, sharing insider knowledge of the island to enhance the guest experience.
 Guest Relations: Respond to guest requests, inquiries, or issues promptly and professionally,
addressing any concerns during nighttime hours.
 Safety and Security Monitoring: Oversee the lobby and hotel entrance, ensuring safety protocols are followed and alerting security or management to any unusual activities.
 Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records for overnight transactions, generate nightly
reports, and handle guest billing.
 Communication and Reporting: Liaise with day shift colleagues and provide handover notes,
updates, or important guest information to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.

Qualifications
 Previous Experience: Experience in hotel reception, or guest services roles is preferred.
 Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Mykonos and its attractions, restaurants, and activities is
highly desirable.
 Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication in English; knowledge of additional
languages is an asset.
 Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and work
independently during night hours.
 Professionalism and Reliability: Must be punctual, trustworthy, and able to maintain a calm,
professional demeanor overnight.
