Main Responsibilities
• Manages daily operation requirements during all shifts.
• Performs daily briefs for the team. Include all necessary daily info, quality & H&S standards, bite size trainings, motivate and encourage the team.
• Delivers high quality service to all guests offering memorable experiences at all times.
• Handle guest complaints effectively and follow up with all guests after resolution.
• Responsible for training the team on a daily basis. Coaches and follows up constantly throughout the season.
• Establishes effective communication and cooperation with all other departments.
• Perform daily inspections in the Restaurant, storage areas and equipment to ensure that it is clean, tidy and in proper working order and condition.
• Organize weekly roster / vacation leaves etc. according to operational needs and company objectives.
• Follow all H&S rules and hotel policies,
• Attend all trainings and seminars provided by the company.
Qualifications and Experience
• A minimum of three years in a similar role at four or five-star hotel is essential.
• An Associate’s Degree (IEK) or a two-year technical certificate in the Tourism and Hospitality industry is required.
• Fluency in English and Greek is mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills are required, along with knowledge of wine and current food trends.
• Ability to multitask and remain flexible in various situations is important.
• Must be able to work effectively under pressure during peak periods and accommodate long or flexible shifts.
• A guest-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to maximizing guest satisfaction.
• A natural "people person" with the ability to train, coach, and develop others while fostering a respectful environment.
• Enthusiastic about operating and growing within a complex, matrix-managed environment.
