Personal Assistant
This is a full-time job position, based in Zakynthos during the months that the hotels are open and with the ability to work remotely during the wintertime.

Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with emails and phone calls on behalf of the Owner.
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
- Coordinating and assisting in planning events hosted or attended by the Owner.
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence with attention to detail and discretion.
- Keeping track of important documents, reports, and data.
- Overseeing the Owner’s office, including maintaining supplies, managing equipment, and coordinating with relevant staff for office needs.
- Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality on matters related to the Owner and the Group.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or PR & Communications or similar fields.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English language.
- Proficient use of MS Office.
- Hands on professional with “can do” attitude and team spirit.
