Main Responsibilities

• Ensure that all staff receives on-the-job training and have the necessary skills to carry out their duties with the maximum efficiency.
• Supervise the efficient operation of the department, ensuring that the agreed standards of performance are achieved.
• Offer the highest possible standard of service to each individual guest.
• Maintains the highest levels of personal hygiene, cleanliness and appearance.
• Follow health and safety rules and policies.
• Organize and supervise shifts.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 3 years’ experience in similar position in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• People management skills.
• Teamwork spirit and positive attitude
• Excellent use of Greek and English languages both written and verbal
