Main Responsibilities
• Handling guests’ requests or queries
• Follow up with guest to ensure satisfaction with guest-related issues.
• Ensure high levels of guest service and evaluate guest satisfaction.
• Assist with room allocation for arriving rooms, including the organization of arrivals and departures.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in.
• Act as the first point of contact for the Guust Relations and Front Office teams for complaint handling.
• Ensuring all ISO procedures are carried out including all front office daily paperwork and money handling.
• Assist with scheduling of the department
• Supervise and motivate team members to achieve excellence.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
• Assist the Front Office Manager with any tasks required
• Reports to the Front Office Manager
Qualifications and Experience
• Previous experience in supervisory position in hospitality (Front Desk and/or Guest Services)
• Degree or Diploma in hospitality or any other related field.
• Well-developed leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and keep calm in difficult situations.
• Outstanding service orientation with the ability to focus and deliver on guest satisfaction.
