Responsible to deliver customer focused service to the guests, provide all aspects of food preparation, cooking and presenting of dishes according to company guidelines and maintain HACCP procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous work experience in similar position, of at least 3 years in a Luxury Hotel or high standards Restaurant
  • Degree in Hospitality / Institute of Culinary Arts
  • Good command of both English and Greek language is essential
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with pleasant personality
  • Work under pressure
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Organizes and supervises food preparation in line with the occupancy and consumption forecasts
  • Maintains purchasing, receiving and food storage standards
  • EFET Certificate

Responsibilities

  • Perform recipes and gather all necessary ingredients
  • Cook food in a timely manner & ensure appealing plate presentation
  • Delegate tasks to kitchen staff
  • Supervise kitchen staff and assist as needed
  • Monitor food stock and place orders
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
  • Ensure excellent response to guests needs
  • Attention to detail and quality of foods
