Εποχιακός/ήResponsible to deliver customer focused service to the guests, provide all aspects of food preparation, cooking and presenting of dishes according to company guidelines and maintain HACCP procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous work experience in similar position, of at least 3 years in a Luxury Hotel or high standards Restaurant
- Degree in Hospitality / Institute of Culinary Arts
- Good command of both English and Greek language is essential
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with pleasant personality
- Work under pressure
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Organizes and supervises food preparation in line with the occupancy and consumption forecasts
- Maintains purchasing, receiving and food storage standards
- EFET Certificate
Responsibilities
- Perform recipes and gather all necessary ingredients
- Cook food in a timely manner & ensure appealing plate presentation
- Delegate tasks to kitchen staff
- Supervise kitchen staff and assist as needed
- Monitor food stock and place orders
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
- Ensure excellent response to guests needs
- Attention to detail and quality of foods
