Join our international team as a Junior Sommelier / Sommelier.

The Sommelier will be responsible for assisting customers with their choice of wine or drink and to take the appropriate orders, making recommendations in a positive and friendly manner, by promoting and up selling wines, ensuring wine and champagne are up to date with correct vintages and prices, all products are stored properly in the cellar and on the display, staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area.

Qualifications

• WSET Level 3 graduate.
• Experience minimum 2 years in a Luxury Hotel or fine dining restaurant with a good selection of wines will be considered as an advantage.
• Excellent Knowledge of English. Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be plus.
• Cross selling and up selling techniques.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
