AA+Partners, on behalf of our partner Ekies All Senses Resort, is currently seeking a visionary Hotel Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the resort's operations ensuring functionality of all departments and maintaining an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities:
- Supervise, coordinate and execute the operation to align with the resorts' strategic objectives.
- Work with departmental managers to set targets and monitor their achievement in each department.
- Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze financial performance.
- Ensure all operations comply with legal and industry standards.
- Cooperate with the ownership, sales department and assisting advisors, while working closely with them.
- Provide regular reports to the ownership and department heads
- Represent the resort at industry events and trade shows.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of employees
- Resolve any customer complaints and avoid potential problems by reviewing and monitoring operational issues, business flow and associate performance
Requirements:
- 7 to 10 years as a Hotel Manager or similar executive role in the hospitality industry.
- Studies in hotel, hospitality management, tourism or business administration.
- Proven ability to lead, supervise and manage teams.
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to use courtesy, tact, diplomacy and patience in all interpersonal relationships.
- Strong problem solving and conflict management skills.
- Understanding of financial statements and reports, with the ability to analyze and interpret them.
- Familiarity with the use of modern technologies and communication tools.
- Knowledge of digital systems and hotel management software
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English, additional language knowledge is desirable.
