Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the food and beverage areas within the Resort.
• Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in daily operations
• Ensure high standards of service are maintained according to the hotel's policies.
• Scheduling, forecasting, and training, as well as all operating procedures
•  Coordinate special events at the hotel.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5-star hotel
• Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
• Ideal applicant should have strong organizational skills, ability to work with flexible work schedule, be a team player and a dynamic leader
• Food and Beverage cost control experience is helpful.
• The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager must have strong communication and analytical skills
