Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the reservations department, ensuring a smooth process for all bookings
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the company's properties, amenities, and services in order to effectively assist reservations process.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing departments, to ensure maximization of revenue
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Excellent knowledge of reservation systems and hotel operations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Attention to detail
• Excellent knowledge of English and Greek. Additional languages are desirable
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
