Εποχιακός/ήJob Responsibilities
- Prompt and efficient completion of all Front Office duties (check in, check out, invoicing, call center, guest assistance with requests and complaints, Concierge)
- Ascertain guest satisfaction, collects keys, posts late charges, and presents bill to guest.
- Reconcile all transactions at the close of each shift.
- Arrange for luggage to be delivered to guest room
- Daily preparation of reports
- Demonstrate exceptional guest service
- Provide a friendly & warm welcome and service to all guests
- Coperation with all colleagues and other departments
- Follow all relevant Health & Safety department regulations & all guest service guidelines
- Maintain the Front Desk in a professional order
Job Requirements
- Preferred experience in a luxury hotel in Front Office and/or Concierge responsibilities.
- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment, utilizing a variety of computer systems to check in and out, run daily reports, select/assign rooms arriving guests, and restaurant/activity/spa reservation systems.
- Fluency in english & greek is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent personal presentation.
- Teamwork spirit.
- Degree from a Higher Education Institution in Tourism or equivalent, domestic or international
- Proficiency in computer programs
- Knowledge of hotel management systems
