Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Operations & Reservations Manager to handle the day-to-day operations of Firalia, Casa in Rock Suites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling reservations, providing guest relations and concierge services and ensuring operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage property management systems, booking platforms and all reservation processes, including inquiries, bookings, and confirmations.
• Welcome and check in/out guests, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Provide detailed information about the property and local attractions
• Provide personalized concierge services (restaurant bookings, tours, etc.)
• Supervise daily hotel operations, including housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Monitor property conditions and coordinate maintenance when necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hospitality management
• Strong knowledge of reservations management and property management systems (PMS)
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proficient knowledge (both oral and written) of Greek and English (additional languages a plus)
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• A passion for providing outstanding guest experiences.
• Knowledge of Santorini’s tourist attractions and culture (would be a plus)
